Knee Pain
The knee is a complex joint responsible for supporting body weight and allowing movement. Due to its structure and constant use, it is highly vulnerable to injury and degeneration. Common causes of knee pain include ligament sprains, meniscus tears, tendonitis, osteoarthritis, and overuse injuries. Poor biomechanics, muscle imbalances, and postural issues can also place abnormal stress on the knee, leading to chronic pain and instability. Ignoring knee pain can lead to worsening symptoms, reduced mobility, and long-term joint damage. Early evaluation is essential to prevent further complications.
